I was charged 142.00 to look at my suspension issues. Maybe that is normal since I didn't get the work done there. The price was too high. I saved 400.00 dollars some where else.

I’m extremely pleased with the service at Serra Chevrolet. I live in Collierville and located much closer to sunrise Chevrolet. I have had several horrible experiences there. I’m a firm believer that people their morals and work ethic make or break a company. Johnny Chenault is the reason I go out of the way to have service done on my car. I could go anywhere and have my car worked on, but I haven’t been to one place that treats their customers the way Johnny does. He has taken care of us several times and I’m thankful for his hard work. The service department is always extremely busy. Johnny makes it as if your the only customer in the building. As a busy mother of 6 I appreciate his time and effort to make sure my vehicle is in the best shape as possible. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to go see him for any of their car care needs!
