6 Months having my brand new 2018 Equinox and it needs it's 3rd part. This time, they've got it on back order or it needs to be build according to GM and the dealer doesn't know when the "brake part" will be in. Argh Having a new vehicle from what I had before. Has been a great upgrade, but I've had too many issues with it and IN STILL NOT SATISFIED. I Still have an Ongoing Issue since 2 wks into purchasing the vehicle. It's been an overall inconvenience. Thankfully, Shiloh has took an interest in my cases. I'm Praying something will get resolved soon.

John Tant treated me like a celebrity person, and treated me like he was my personal assistant. Mr. Tant also knew the delicate nature of my car (Corvette) and how Corvette owners are very particular to the appearance before and service. This is my second Corvette and the 5th dealership that has serviced me in since 2013, and Mr. Tant has been the best service advisor out of all of them. Hats off to Mr Tant, for making me feel special and taking good care of my car as well.

I have always taken my car to Serra for service since my purchase in 2012, the service there is superb . John is very professional and he gives almost to the tee your wait time so there is no surprise in your stay if I am waiting. Thank you John. Sheron
