My first experience with you all was not good. My car was suppose to have had an oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated which makes me question you alls integrity. I waited 2 hours on the first day and had to bring the car back up there the next day for another hour because it was not done. I'm starting to wonder if the oil change was even done. Very disappointed. I feel safer taking my business elsewhere.

My appoint was on a Monday and they didn't start working on it until Thursday. I did tell them that I was on vacation and shouldn't need it but if this is normal I might have to find another dealer for service. It was warranty work too I think work that is on a 2 month d car should be handled a little quicker

No problem with David Lane. New tire mounted/balanced etc. But tire pressure sensors not reset/releaned so when pressures checked from dash board menu sequence out of order and right rear tire still reads previous low pressure. If a simple tire reset/relean procedure is not done why should I return to have any major complex repair done by your service techs. FYI: 5 vehicles previously purchased at Serra and serviced by Serra until factory warranty expired. Independent owned/operated garage service techs give much better complete repairs and attention to repair details. Email address;

Johnny again went above and beyond. He wouldn’t stop til he found out what happened after the spark plug change. he made sure my wife was not set back by the troubleshooting and called me immediately when they found the problem. He even called me on his way home from work to make sure my wife was completely satisfied. Thanks again! Great work!!
