I am completely satisfied with the service tim and the other mechanic went above and beyond to find the problem and found it. My car had been having this problem that we have had for her as long as we've had the car and they found it and fixed it. We had taken it to others but didn't find the problem. Plus we are going on a trip. Thanks Serra Chevrolet.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and I wanted a couple other things looked at but they were not able to look at it nor the did they put it in my file. Unfortunately, I have to come back on another day and I would rather just had everything done that day and knocked out. I feel like I've been brushed off on this new vehicle. I've spoken w Angela, David, Tim,and Johnny in the shop as well as Paul S in sales. I wish I'd had better customer service. It's very difficult to come up to the shop on every little thing that has come up on the suv. This Friday, I have another appointment at 8 AM to get my brakes checked because another possible flaw w the suv. I love the vehicle but too many issues.

David Lane has been my service guy for years really he’s the only person I trust on my vehicles... He makes every one of my visit no matter Big or small important to him and truly make me feel I’m safe to leave the lot better then I was when I came in....

Mr. Chenault and the mechanics always take care of me and my truck. I don’t let any others work on my truck unles I am out of state traveling. Their service is A+ !

Me. J. Chenault kept me informed about everything about the service my vehicle needed.... I initially went in for an air conditioning problem. But from the beginning Mr. Chenault. made me feel very comfortable & assured that they would definitely find out what was wrong with my vehicle. And was also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done & in anything extra that needed to be done such as going on ahead & performing my oil change aswell, & all in all, the whole process didn’t even take much time @ all ..... And I definitely hope to continue to work with him in the future..... He’s just the ‘Best’!!! ??????

Mr. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. BUT when I picked up my car, it still ended up with mechanical issues. Don't believe he's to blame, so he's diagnosing the problem.
