I was there at 7:15am to get an oil change and didn’t leave until 10am. I didn’t have an appointment but there was a another customer there who did and it took 2 hours for her oil change. That’s a long time to have to wait. The staff is great though and they try to accommodate.

Johnny made sure I had confidence in the care taken during the unexpected water pump failure and torque converter problem on my 2017 Colorado, that only has 5800 miles on it. I appreciate the customer service and his assurance my new truck would have the problems remedied.
