I'm not saying that I had a bad experience or will give any negativity. I'm only saying there a re a few things that could been tightened up to make the experience better. Small things like a better greeting and friendly sales associates. I walked your lot while my car was being serviced and no one asked if I needed and assistance until they saw me driving off, in a certain type of vehicle.

Friendly and kind - asked what I needed and did not try to pressure me into anything else. Used my coupon and it helped with the total bill. Called and kept me updated on car. Very organized and good customer. Service.

The only issue I have I that my oil sticker information was piece of sticker with hand written vehicle mileage when need to have oil change done again. This different from what use to and not sure what to do about next time. I was on my way to Chuck Hutton Chevrolet to get oil change and did not want to go that far and I had always had good service before and this time service fell short of my expectations.
