Thanks to Mr. Lowe for delivering both of my vehicles in a timely manner and when promised. A special mention to the young man that works there (4th work station)who assisted me during a very busy time when Mr. Lowe was busy with another customer, he made things happen and expedited my checkout while juggling other customers both in person and on the phone. He is a hard charger who takes care of business immediately and keeps everything flowing in the right direction. I appreciate him taking the time and extra step(s) to make things right for me and my wife! He truly exemplifies and backs up your goals of the customer being Completely Satisfied!!!!

I asked the service consultant if I needed to print the holiday special coupon off the homepage to get the discount on my oil change. He said no and it would be taken care of. I saw no deductions on my receipt. I'll think twice before taking someone's word next time.

Johnny is always great. I still had the problem I came in with after spending almost $250 and my check engine light came on right after I left for work. I now have to make another trip to Sera in the morning. Hopefully the problem will get fixed tomorrow.
