12/9/2017 I asked for a #42 A.c. Delco 650 CCA just like I had in my vehicle instead I received a 590 CCA I was not told before they installed the lesser battery I would have declined and waited until you had the part I wanted I was not happy my husband talked to the tech Christopher Lowe which claimed they were out of stock and I could not get one until Monday 12/11/2017 I will be back in there Monday to get the correct battery I requested. I have always been satisfied with the service I receive at Serra through Johnny and the service department. It is because of their great service that I continue to return to Serra Chevrolet to have my vehicle serviced. For the record I am not Patricia. My wife, Patricia, doesn’t drive a Chevy (her mistake and misfortune) and so she has never had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service that is provided by your staff.
