“VSC Off” & “Check Engine” Lights On. I had to go to Atlanta after service and after travelling for 4 hours I felt noise in engine while accelerating and later the engine lights on. I never felt anu issues like this before service. Don't know ehat to do now. -'Neeraj ****-****-xxxx

Johnny Chenault is the BEST service advisor! I’m always pleased with the service team at Serra! The ease of scheduling, prompt & courteous check-in...all make the wait worth it! I’ve been beyond please with each visit. I’m reat big on customer service and the Serra team delivers beyond expectation!

The oil percentage gauge was not reset and the tires were not the tire sensors and pressure were not reset. However after returning to the shop, everything was completed.

Best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. She stayed on top of parts status and relayed that to me. As soon as part was received, she called to schedule the repair. Knowing I’d be in early, she relayed that to the technician, who then showed up before his normal start time, to get started with the work as soon as I arrived. Job well done by both

When I get tire rotation and balance I wouldn’t think the check tire pressure light to come ona few hours later. Why would you not check the tire pressure?

I brought my car in for an oil change. As soon as I leave, I notice my left turn sign was out and my fluids weren't checked as I thought would be...I don't know...maybe things just happened that way. Thank you Karl S

Hello I recently checked my Chevy trailblazer in last Monday got it back today Smells heavily fumes of gas leak because he checked my gas tank and was not properly reassembled.i recently just purchased my home my garage reeks of fumes.the mechanic man left his oil towel on my front right tire wheel frame feel like I was overcharge and they had car a whole week.....overall negative visit

Yes, I am always satisfied with Johnny and service received at Serra. However your system for whatever reason has you attaching my wife’s name to my text; so I thought it was a group text that was more for my wife and ignored it. I would have picked up my truck sooner if I had known the text was to me. My wife has never had her VW services by you. All services C.R. has been extended my Silverado. In the future could you please have these text readdressed to me so i’ll Know to respond to them. Thanks for you outstandingly service. Kenneth Kerby
