Gabrielle is a consummate professional customer service representative. She greeted me when I walked in, answered all of my questions and told me approximately how long my truck would take to be serviced. Serra Chevrolet is fortunate to have a pro like her on their staff. Great job!

I was very satisfied with Dylan Burnett. It was the fact I called and was told it was a 2 hr job that ended up being a 3 day job during the holiday shopping time, it set me back. It would have been nice if I was given a loaner car to use. When I got my car back, I was satisfied with the replacement so far. It’s only been a day. Taking me home and picking me up was very much appreciated by those who were chosen to battle the rain and storms to to that for a customer is a big plus. Thanks to all at Serra Chevrolet Bartlett and Merry Christmas
