i have been bringing my Tahoe there for servicing since I've owned and am now bringing my daughter's car. Johnny has helped me several times and he always gets me in and out quickly while being very courteous, pleasant, and professional.

I was told that my car was fixed and the whistling noise was gone. As soon as I started driving down the street, the sound occurred (still whistling at 8:14 p. m.). The tire pressure was not balanced. I requested for the tech to check driver's side windshield wiper and adjust, but that wasn't done and wasn't noted as being checked. My car was there for over three hours which was an ample amount of time to get the tire pressure done right at least. This was my worst visit at this location.

I’ve had this problem here before and It’s happened again, my tires were not rotated even though the RPO. Says so. You know that’s fine I didn’t pay for it due to a CPO maintenance package but they could have told me they weren’t going to do it and I would have paid for it. Either way it’s part of the package and didn’t happened. So I rotated them myself over the weekend.

I was satisfied with my service. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to find a ride wherever I needed to go. I wasn’t provided with a loaner from the dealership and I was without transportation for a 7 day period.
