I've got great customer service every single time I've been to Serra Chevrolet , that goes from the top management down to the turn wrench guys in the service department.. I've never been to another dealership that even comes close to Serra Chevrolet making sure that the customer is pleased with each aspect of their visit. Upon arrival, it would be helpful if someone directed new people to where to go and who to talk with. I waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone was able to assist me.

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at your facility. I felt like I didn't matter as a customer. Mike, made promise to call me back and he never did. I always had to call him. For 3 days I never received an answer on the problem with my daughter's car. Needless to say I didn't get her car fixed there. I had my husband to go and pick it up. Mike's attitude is not one made for a person in service. I will not be returning there for service or to purchase a new car.

My tires were aired up to almost 40 lbs. And you could see where the techs had leaned up and rubbed up against my driver side doors. The dirt/film was rubbed off somewhat. I pay close attention to my truck and it wasn’t this way when I brought it in.

When you rotate tires, you should also check the pressure in all 4 tires . Serra did not do this simple task as all 4 tires were at different #’s.

It took too long (my appt was at 8:30; I left at 11:30). Efforts should be made to speed up a routine maintenance/oil change procedure.
