I was told by a member of the service staff that they would check on who was working on my car and let me know if they had begun repairs andvwould let me know andvthey did not. I had to goboutside twice to receive updated information , no one seemed to know what was going on with my car. Then i wasvtild it wasn't "diagnosed properly" the first day that I presented my vehicle. I waited 3 hours before they told me that they ordered the wrong part for my car and that wasn't what was needed.No one offered an apology for the mistake made or my time wasted. I did get a refund for the $350 part . I was told they thought they knew what may have now been wrong , and could order a new part. I felt like my confidence in your ability to ensure customer satisfaction was no there. If I had been offered an apology, and maybe some compensation for two wasted trips, for example, we will waive the diagnostic fee, or offer you 10 % off your repair cost . Maybe I would have proceeded with my repair. I've never had a problem with my vehicle since I purchased it new in the last 4 years. I thought now that I'm having a problem, who better to take care of my car than the Chevrolet device team. I was disappointed, and decided to somewhere else.????

This is the 5th or 6th time I've brought my vehicle back for repair since I purchased it in Aug 2017. The repairs are to fix parts that were broken by the previous repair. When I picked up this vehicle today it was obvious that the passenger seat cover was not reinstalled correctly. There was no QA check. The vehicle will have to go back in again once the part comes in next week.

Johnny did a great job keeping me informed of the service progress on my vehicle. I would highly recommend to your dealership, that when you do a major service or a oil change and especially warranty service, please clean the vehicle before the customer picks it up. It makes a difference. Again, Johnny represented your dealership very professionally.

I do not need anyone to call me back. Johnny was very kind. However, I dropped my car off at 12pm to get an oil change. I called at 3pm to see if my car was ready. Johnny told me the car would be ready in 20 min. I arrived around 330. I paid my invoice at 346. I did not receive my car until 420. Wasn’t happy with the wait time considering I dropped it off at 12pm.
Y'all are terrible service
Representative was very informative and kept me updated on my service progress every step of the way. He gave great details about work needed and the final diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable of his job.
Chris needed directions on how to complete service but manager was able to ensure job was done right & completely.
