Johnny did a great job the dealership is a really good place to be they work hard at treating people right.. I think you should give Johnny a raise an a promotion he does a really good job for Serra and most of all the customers. But one word the coffee in the waiting room is horrible new coffee system please! Gooday!

I was there for about 10 to 15 minutes before anybody ask could they help me. Then 2 and a half hrs. For an oil change and tire rotation. First impressions to me mean a lot. Wasn’t very happy. Sorry

Absolutely outstanding service from David Lane in treating me as if I am a family member of Serra. I've purchased and had vehicles serviced there for close to fifteen years and I must say that Savannah is an excellent addition to what appears to be a great staff. David and Savannah are a truly professional team that serviced my vehicle above and beyond what I expected.
