The Job was done, won’t be able to tell until I am on the road. I did expect a more prompt response/greeting when I arrived. I waited in my vehicle to be greeted but none of the service writers came forward. I got off and proceeded to the S W work station and waited for over 5 minutes before being asked If I had been helped. I don’t know if you have a shuttle but I was not asked if I needed one. I had to ask if there was a lounge available to wait. All of your service writers seemed like they had a bad night that was carried over into their jobs.

the service on the vehicle was great, only thing I was not called when it was complete and I waited too long, had to check on it. was there from about 9 to 12 am. thank you

It took seven hours to determine if my truck would be repaired that day when I brought it in for service. I was told multiple times it would only be another "45 minutes to an hour" before we the issue resolved. I ended up having to take a loaner truck for the rest of the week. When the service mgr. called to tell me my truck was finally ready to be picked up I was told he would have the truck cleaned up. When I arrived to pick the truck up this morning it had been parked outside all weekend and had not been cleaned.

Savannah Franks has been very informative & helpful. She’s working hard to ensure that the issue with my Tahoe is diagnosed & repaired. I had to have my Tahoe for an out of town trip before it was determined what is causing a squeak while driving, so, she set up an appt for me to get it back where a tech can do more diagnostics & solve the problem.

It had nothing to do with the services of Johnny. He was very conscientious of what I was feeling about the problems I was having with my air conditioner. This is the second time I have spent over a thousand dollars to get a/c repaired. He accommodated me the best he could. However, when I picked my truck up the spare was not put back on my truck. I did not know it went under the vehicle, so why was it not put back. Laziness ? Other than that...

I have been coming to Serra Chevrolet for years whenever I need service on my cars. I had a situation where service I paid for at Serra was not completed. I was very disappointed and it made me question if the other service that I paid for was actually completed. Michael Cox singlehandedly resolved the situation and made sure that things were resolved, apologized for the service teams mistake and made sure I walked away a satisfied customer. Because of how he handled the situation I will continue to use Serra as my car service provider. I sincerely thank him for making sure the service I paid for was finally completed. He truly cares about the customer.
