Satisfied with service but 3 hrs & 20 minuets is way to long to wait for an oil change & tire rotation. I arrived at 6:55 before doors were opened & drove out at 10:20.

Savannah was an awesome service rep! She was patient and kind. The addition of the greeter is a great idea. The young man was directing traffic and allowing the service reps to write up customers.

The only concern is that our vehicle is barely a year old and the windshield washer does not work. Was told it would cost $119 just to check it out to determine the problem. After paying $50,000 in cash for a vehicle it seems this would be a minor problem that should be taken care of without charge.

When I arrived for my appointment, I realized the lady I had talked to the previous Friday, never actually scheduled my appointment. I have 2 small children, so it is very important for me to not have to be waiting for More than an hour for a routine oil change. John was fantastic and did what he could to get me in and out, but I was stil there almost 2 hours. John gave me his personal line to contact from now on, but after knowing the value of an appointment, I’m not sure I will be back.

Like being able to receive updates on progress through text. That made things much more simple. Not always easy to make a call from Work about personal business. Good courteous staff and helpful. Thanks for doing a great job and in a timely manner. So far every experience with Serra ,in Bartlet and Jackson, has been the best of any car dealerships period. Thanks again!!!!

need to work on greeting people as they come in.i was there a good 5 mins. before anyone acknowledged I was there. a simple hello would go a long way as far as I'm concerned.

I arrived at 8:30 am and didn’t get my vehicle checked in until 9:00am. During peep times or when it’s busy, they should have more than 2 people checking people in and out. I had to leave my vehicle but it was ready 2 hours later within the expected finish time so I appreciate that.
