I left my brand New Chevy Equinox LS March 4th and I finally received it April 6th. They were able to replace the defective blower motor as well as the actuator. I'm thankful for Savannah Franks for the daily updates as well as David. They were very professional in handling the issues. Because the technician was having difficulty finding my issues, he was able to Bless me with a trailor hitch. Thanks for another Blessing. When switching from the loan to my SUV, I noticed my gas was much lower than when I left it. It was at half when I dropped it off and it was at a quarter tank when I got it. Savannah, was able to give me a 1 Free wash & Detail. She didn't have to but I appreciated it. Overall, it's been very frustrating because it's a brand new vehicle and I barely got to enjoy it. Too many issues when I serviced it at 10 miles on the odometer. When I picked the SUV up that afternoon, I heard some rattling in the dash again. Also, I noticed a screw that was forgotten from dismantling the dash and it's compartments in the console. On top of that, I never heard this clicking sound from the tailgate and it never did that before. It sounds like the blinker click sound, but why in the tailgate area? I have to take my brand New SUV back on Monday. Argh. Thankfully, I was able to message David and he will have a comparable SUV Traverse Monday. I'm praying for some resolution. First of all, Savannah made an appt for us at 12:00 on Friday on March 30th. We got there at 12:00, she was not there. She was told to drive the truck and call the service tech so he could hear the buzzing. That did not happen!! We had to drive 60 miles round trip today on April 7th to drive and and let Johnny and Paul Seward to hear the noise because Savannah did not do as we told her! She does not need to be a service advisor! She has no clue as to what she is doing! This is the worst service we have ever received by any dealership !! It is bad enough to make us want to trade for a Nissan or Honda where we know from 30 years of experience there are no issues with service whatsoever! We also brought it in for a rattle that they said they could not detect! You need experienced service advisors and technicians! I have never experienced long waits or had to leave any vehicle for over a week for anything!!! That is very poor service and customer service!

Even though I was there during the long power outage, he kept in contact with me every 20 minutes or so, asked me if I wanted to leave and reschedule, made extra effort to communicate with me when I told him I don't hear. Great job!

The car was not repaired. It is already at another dealership to be repaired. You kept the vehicle almost a week, charged for service, but did not fix the problem. We are very dissatisfied.
