had vehicle two days and not even look at it took it right down street to gmc there diagnosed problem within an hour and was fixed in the next 4 hrs

Mike stayed on top of the issues with my Tahoe...he kept sending it back to the service techs until the noise was no longer heard. Very happy that it is no longer squeaking.

This was my first time at this location. Johnny explained everything and kept me posted with the time frame we were looking at for the service. The oil change took longer than I thought it would but Johnny did text me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. He also took care of a tire issue. Thank you.

My truck was vandalized while on the Serra lot over a weekend. The truck stayed at Serra for over 8 weeks and still was not repaired when I picked it up. I do not plan to return to Serra for any future services.
