The service was fantastic and Mike was outstanding. If I had one suggestion it would be to bring back the complimentary car washes when service work is completed. It’s a small thing but really means a lot to people

I had to bring my vehicle back to Serra within an hour of pick up. Rotor pads and back break loud noise. We asked for one of the best tires to be saved and put in the vehicle and that was not done. Oil change sticker was not installed. We are greatly inconvenienced.

John was very kind, excellent customer service, reasonable price for sn oil change, and the wait was no longer than an hour which is what l was told when l bought the car in for service, great job Serra Service, you are a grade above your competitor, Auto Nation Ford!!!

After my oil change I was told by your technician that I had an oil leak. Usually the origin of this leak can be determined by a visual inspection. Your tech could not determine where the leak originated. I was quite dissapointed.
