Issue with truck was not resolved. Was told to take truck home and if issue happens again then I am supposed to drive it right then to dealership. Also my invoice does not correspond with what I was told in person. I need issue resolved. It is dangerous to drive my truck whenever I am on interstate and the reduced engine power comes on indicating stabilitrack and everyone around me is still doing 70mph. My invoice says no codes were found but in person I was told a code was pulled up and it was a code they had never seen before. I was told that code was co246.

Johnny did a great job in solving the problem with my truck. It was also given a bumper to bumber inspection and resolved other issues that were discovered. I now feel more confident about driving it without being afraid it will break down on me while I'm out and about. He did an outstanding job. Lana Northrup

Very disconcerting that we had to bring our vehicle back in for the same problem with an additional charge of over $500. Did not fix our A:C the first time around and we got to pay $500 more for lousy service! Probably will not return to Serra for service. I was told by an individual that I could have gotten it fixed for much less at Performance Tires. That is probably where I will take my vehicle in the future.

The wait time is HORRIBLE! I got there at 8:30am and my car was not seen until after 11:30. The service writer did not keep me updated on how long it will take. All I needed was a simple oil change and was not advised how long it would be or why it was taking so long. I am truly thinking of no longer coming here and just take my car to gateway. Each time the wait is so long and they do not update you on how long it will be. I only like working with Johnny. The female I had today just didn’t seem to care. The texting service is not helpful either. It doesn’t really serve a purpose and you can’t respond on it or get a reply. I’ll think long and hard before coming back.

Service was ok, they forgot to reset notice inside the car. Every time I bring this car in there is always something major wrong with it. Same with my previous Chevy. I doubt that my next car will be a Chevy. I could have bought a brand new car with what I have had to pay in repairs.
