Services were done that I did NOT request, I ask for an oil change, then I was told I needed an air filter, then I was told I needed to get my transmission fluid changed, however nothing was said about a fuel injector cleaning,,so after a 3 hour wait I have a $450.00 bill, so I am very upset at this point, but no worries I will never be back and will tell everyone I know how Serra rips people off, especially women! Thanks Lynette Wilkerson

The only issue I had was that my appointment was Saturday morning, but my car was not even touched until Tuesday. Why have a set appt?! Other than that, David keep the updates coming and I really appreciate his dedication to his customers! Mike

The vehicle is less than 2 years old. I have done everything requested to be fixed. Johnny has bent over backwards to help but extended warranty insurancehas not helped at all. First new car that we have bought and did not make it 2 years
