Mr. Tant was nice. I have a problem with the way my car was treated by the driver who drove it into the bay. He was driving out of the parking the parking lot way to fast and the front end of my car came into contact with the road with a very loud noise.

It took two 1/2 hours to do a oil change.i asked for a loner car but was told tags were stolen on those cars but I will come back This has never happen before.still a great place

arrived at serra at 9:am was told they were non busy today, waited all morning.service started on my traverse at 12:20 am.was told my vehicle was ready at 1:07 pm my last with a recall notice the service dept had to wait another hour for him to return.from lunch with my keys. this will be the last time we will use any of your services. have been been a customer of serra chev. for over 20 years. and have been dissatisfied with your service for servial years

If a customer takes the time to make a appt. Especially a oil change the time should be honored before walk ins , two hours for a oil change with a appt. Is Ridiculous!!!
