He has helped me all the way with oil consumption test on Equinox . He explained that the oil level might not move until later after 3000 plus miles. Just made me feel he was on my side

My problem was not with John Tant. He was polite, knowledgeable, and concerned about my service. My problem was that I had a 7:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first car at the right hand door. I did not get my car until 9:30, and customers who arrived after me got their cars about 30 minutes earlier. One of them also had a 7:00 appointment, and the other did not have an appointment. I do not know what happened. John Tant took care of it, and I will definitely be back. Hopefully appointments will run smoother next time.

First this is not the first time my 2017 Corvette have been in for repair on the transmission, and nothing was found wrong. 1. My car would not move in wile it was in drive/reverse.This time my car would not accelerate when trying to murre on to the expressway it just engine rev up, still nothing was found wrong. 3. When I pick up my car I found a nice nic in my front right rim. So I am not happy.

I am from the Mobile, Al. area and travel to Memphis every few weeks. I was in a hurry to get on the road driving and forgot all about needing to get my oil changed and my tires rotated before I left Mobile. I was very pleased with the opportunity to get this done here in Bartlett that was close to where I am staying all week. The staff was very polite and very helpful in every respect. If I ever need anything more when I am in Memphis I won’t hesitate to call and set up an appointment. Roger Prince

My truck did not get fixed! I was obviously not important enough even though I was told to bring it back the next day and it would Only take 30 minutes to fix! I droppedthe car off at 7 AM called back at 12:30 and they said it still has not been taken back! They had to move someone else’s truck in front of me that had been there the day before, well I was there the day before! Now I have to go somewhere else to get the squeak fixed in the rear and have another day without my vehicle!

The ultimate service was good. I don’t think it should have taken two full days to do an oil change, tire rotation and other “scheduled maintenance “ Johnny quickly took care after I pointed out there was a good amount of oil from the mechanics hands on the truck when they tried to return it. Overall experience was good. Loaner vehicle was great so it didn’t put me out. Only problem was I thought one day turn around and my house keys were on my key ring. Glad apartment complex had a spare.

Brought car in to get tires checked and tire sensor light stays on. Got air put in here the day before. I had to call & check on car only to be told my car would be ready at 1:00 by another servicer. I said I would at least know what they found out and still no call back until about 1:00 to say I could come get my car because they could not look at sensor. I asked for my tires to be checked out and explained sensor light stays on.So I had to wait all day on my car from about 7:30 am only to be told they did not do anything. A big inconvenience, my car could have been some place else this morning instead of leaving it there to just sit.
