John Tant was the only redeeming part of my experience with Serra. I will be leaving a detailed google review in the hope that no one else will mistakingly go to your dealership. You had my car for 2 week. Angela was utterly unresponsive/impossible to get in touch with. The work is still not finished and u just had to take my vehicle back.

I had my cat there last week and spent $900. This week the same thing happened and it took four days for you to look at it and it was because your service people didn’t tighten something. I won’t be back.

After hitting a pothole, my tire blew. They took great care to get me a good price on a new tire and diagnosed my vehicle right on the drive in front of me before making arrangements to meet my needs. Tim was my advisor and kept me informed, and David Lane assisted in making sure my car was taken care of right. Definitely what I expect of Serra Chevrolet, and they did not disappoint!
