Every single time I bring my vehicle in the tires are overinflated 5 lbs over the recommended pressure of 30 lbs. I’m on my third set of tires...my husband started checking after the second set. Only have 60,000 miles on the vehicle and that seems excessive. I have brought it up to the service folks before and it still happens.
I had a great experience with the service department and I’m extremely happy that I had great customer service. (I just moved here from Texas and haven’t had great customer service experiences everywhere). Thank you for having great employees!

I had a 9:00 am appointment and my van didn’t get worked on till after 1:30 pm. I was frustrated that I was waiting that long for it to be finished. Fortunately I had a babysitter for my kids and a friend that picked me up so I didn’t have to sit there all day, but it would have been nice to know that it was going to take that long to even get to my van.
Very impressed with the service provided. They made sure to let me know about that service that was not needed. They could have easily provided that service and and charged me for it. Great team you have there.
The staff makes it so easy to have our cars serviced. Nice waiting room, and Uncle Charlie is on the job. I':LL BE BACK!

Forgot to reset oil maintenance reminder. I had to go on-line to do that. But this was the first time in 8 years that it wasn't done
I brought the issue to the attention of the service department, where I hope it will be addressed that a technician stepped on papers in my car (that had fallen into the floor, they were not on the floor when I brought the car in). I can reprint the papers, yes, but it's not very professional or courteous. I also did not much appreciate that my radio had been messed with; next time I'd prefer they just shut it off rather than change things. The people at the service counter were pleasant to deal with, however.
