Matt was great to work with. My car needed balanced and since I didn't receive a call regarding this charge, Matt applied a mail coupon without me promoting. This level of customer service is excellent and exceeds my expectations. It's what companies should do to make things right before customer prompts.

When my wife asked what time our Prius would be ready Matt was rude and said he wasn’t given a time when the car should be ready. Our appointment was a drop off in the am and pick up when ready. Poor customer service and attitude by Matt. My son sent me a picture of one of the headlights being out that night. Which was last night 10/14. My usual kudos to all of the folks in the Service Department. I realize that "Uncle Charlie" would take me home and pick me up for my car. But the facilities are pleasant and I don't mind sitting/waiting for a couple of hours while my cars are being serviced.
