We are always extremely satisfied with Vic and the entire Little Apple service staff. They always do a good job and explain everything thoroughly. We also recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla... and we were extremely pleased with our awesome salesperson, Dale Nash. Overall, we like everything about Little Apple Toyota Honda!!!

My car’s battery hold-down and supposedly “new” battery were left dusty/dirty. I had a new battery put in. My car’s driver’s floor mats now are muddy- they were not before. Why didn’t the technicians use Paper Floor Mats? My car’s exterior had dirty handprints on it from pushing my car. What is wrong with these technicians? Since my driver’s seat was left with in an abnormal position, and my car is a collector’s car, I suspect it was taken for a joy ride. Why don’t Techs leave the car in the condition they found it?
