Since we were on a unscheduled list we had to wait 6 hours to get our vehicle serviced, but we're satisfied with the service that we do get.

I appreciate that he understood my circumstances and made sure that I was not inconvenienced while my car was being serviced. Because he was able to secure a loaner car, I was able to get to my job on Fort Riley. It greatly reduced my lost work time.
