My visit to Kansas was unexpectedly extended due to illness. During this time, I received a recall and my car was due for service. I was without my coupons for service at my Indiana Honda dealer. Vic provided coupons, confirmed what service was needed, and ensured I was taken care of to include the recall repair, complete inspection, service, thorough exterior wash/interior cleaning, and new rear brakes for a safe drive back to Indiana. The cost was nominal, car runs wonderfully, and looks great. Vic provided great customer service as he was most patient & understanding with my situation, friendly, and sincere. I am very comfortable knowing I can call him should I have issues or need service during future trips to Kansas.

Travis is a great guy and very friendly. He kept me well informed of the repair process. My only concern is that I after the repair in January I have had to return 2 more times for related problems. I am not yet certain the problem is actually fixed.
