Super service manager. He took me earlier than my appointment and got me out well before my appointed time. This allow me too finish out my day. He througly explained my service and my next appointment and what would be done then. My trust in Toyota and it staff continues to be elevated and trust enhanced by excellent professionals

IT JUST WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE MY CAR WAS VACUUMED OUT IN THE FRONT 2 SEATS. TYPICALLY THERE IS PAPER DOWN ON FLOORBOARD PROTECTING THE MATS AND THE MATS AND FLOOR BOARD ARE VACUUMED.
