Recommend that any time the service technician checks any box other than green on the "service checklist", that an explanation/comment be provided describing any relevant concerns. I recommend comments be provided for any "cautionary" (yellow) findings, not just "red". Thanks!

I had to leave town and my alternator failed. I called the maintenance department at Toyota. They Responded Iimmediately and had me rush my truck into their shop. Just a few hours later my truck was ready for my long trip. A+ to the team at Toyota for taking care of my situation. The best maintenance shop award goes to Toyota. Thank you for red carpet customer service.
