Someone was rude to me on the phone when when I called to inquire about my car. I asked how I would contact the shuttle and they made it seem like it was a huge inconveince for them to provide me the information to contact the shuttle. The customer service is spotty depending on who works with you. However, you have a monopoly so I guess there is no need to worry too much. But, it is bad enough for me to consider servicing my care eleswhefe even if it is less convenient.
