Dan was terrific, he kept me informed on any progress and delays, he listened to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. Dan is very personable and made my Experience pleasant. I missed my carwash because my vehicle was completed just at closing but I'm sure I'll get it next time.

Bill the service advisor did a good job no problem with him. However upon picking up my car I looked it over and the tech forgot to put the skid plate back on I only noticed because I took the time to look the car over. I also noticed over a quarter of my fuel gone from my car, which is funny how I had to return the rental with a full tank but when it comes to my car who cares right? Obviously no one. What’s even more frustrating is that I was missing a good portion of fuel with only 10 miles put on my car, which means that I guess they were having a fun time in the car. Upon getting home I also noticed my front bumper was scuffed up to the point where I do not believe it will be able to come off. This whole recall has already ruined this car experience for me but to receive my car with out the skid plate? And fuel missing? I’m very frustrated to say the lease. This is a expensive car that I try to take care of! I probably won’t be keeping this car much longer anymore but I am extremely frustrated and will never go to this dealer ever again for my car purchases.

Dan was making allegations of me doing burnouts In my vehicle and that there is a video of it on YouTube. When I asked to see it he ignored me. He didn’t want to warranty my vehicle and wanted me to sign for the tear down of my motor. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there isn’t one. My dad was speaking to him and he interrupted him saying he is only going to speak to the owner when my dad is the co signer. He then answered and handled a incoming phone call. On top of all that he said if you’re not going to sign then you can tow your car out of here and get a lawyer.

Everything was good as far as my service advisor is concerned. It was the wait time,too long!..just to check in my vehicle,with an appt., with the service advisor and the wait time just for a oil change,too long again!..If I may make a suggestion to hire more technicians to just do oil changes and more service advisors to expedite the check in process. Thank you!..from a loyal customer.
