Service was great but wait time was really long for express oil change. I got to the dealership a little before 8am. and didnt leave until 9:45 thats almost 2 hrs for an oil change. i have had oil changes done with dodge and the most they ever took was 1 hr with about 3 clients before me. The person working the service booth was friendly and helpful.
Adrian is always helpful and considerate. I always make my appointments with Adrian because of his excellent service.
I did arrive 10 min late for the 11AM appointment. Yet the F350 was not moved to have the oil changed until 11:45 AM! Then I was told after checking on the vehicle that the tech's wife was in labor and he left. The vehicle was then put in to the in line for the next tech. NOT Pleased My receipt was printed at 1:52PM!!! Come on! Someone could have had the old oil draining and also working on something else. Then add new oil!! It should NOT have taken so long!!!! Also the service rep could not find my vehicle in the system???? I purchased it there in 2004 and have had service before so what gives????
