On a different note, there is a vacant Ford dealership in Mojave, CA. When Kieffe & Sons closed, a lot of their customers now go to AV Ford in Lancaster CA. Just an idea. ????
The service department continues to disappoint. I didn’t want to bring my car to AV Ford’s service department for a safety recall but Kieefe and Sons has closed. During my “free” multi-point inspection they ran the windshield washer, and left my windshield streaked and dirty. Not only was it left that way, I was told my wipers needed replacing and could be done by the service department for $35. (No thanks). Dealerships used to wash your car when they did a service (Carmax still does). Over the last 12 years I have purchased four Ford vehicles and none of them from AV Ford (because of service like this in the past). The service department can’t clean the windshield after a factory recall? Seriously? Just sad.
The main reason i come to this location is because if Bill hes the only one i let help me with my mustang and hes a great advisor!!! Been going to him for 6 yrs!

Fixed the oil leak really fast and didn’t charge an excessive amount of money. My service writer was outstanding.
I used to go to Los Angeles for ford services and purchases. I didn’t trust local staffers. The local service department is trustworthy.
