We were passing through on a road trip when our f150 had a coil go out. We got to the dealership about 330 and they were able to diagnose and replace the coil and spark plug in about 40 minutes, and they did this all in the parking lot so I didn’t even have to unhook my trailer!

One comment I bought a battery for the key for my car and I was expecting that he would change it but he said I have to do it myself I had bought batteries in Mazda and Nissan dealers and they had done for me because they have the key to open it.

I was happy with the service, however after I received my vehicle back- electronics needed reset- I noticed that it had never been updated. I was surprised that the technician didn’t check for that.

Why was I not able to pick up my car today at 12 noon, Saturday, September 28th? Nothing was said by the Service Center on Friday about me not being able to pick it up on a Saturday. Very disappointing that I have to wait until Monday now.

Disappointed with Carwash; Windows weren’t wiped down inside, Carpets weren’t vaccumed on the 2nd row seat and the 3rd row seat, dashboard was not wiped down , took way longer than “express wash” about 30 plus minutes.

Overall yes however my paneling is scratched and I have to return for the trunk to be vacuumed and shampooed. I do not live close.
