Nothing to do will bill, he was excellent. A couple of months ago i brought my truck in for service. I also was having an issue with one speaker. It was checked out and a new one was ordered. Two months went by with no word.
I got a call from somebody on 9.16.19 saying that the speaker had arrived. I came in on 9.23.19 to have the work done as well as my next service. After 1.5 hours of waiting i was told that the speaker had been returned because i waited to long to make an appointment. I made the appointment while i was on the phone with the lady who called to tell me it was there. After 3.5 hours I left with only the service.

Part was installed but as we where waiting outside to receive our Ford Flex there was person playing very inappropriate music loudly I told one service advisor he just looked at me like what do you want me to do and did nothing I final told my service advisor again did nothing I’m not returning to this dealership for any future service repairs will go to South Bay Ford. Far better dealership.. I wonder just how many customers stop doing business with you I’ve complained in past and nothing is done I will contact owner directly to the address as my concerns ...
