Bill was very courteous and helpful at our initial meeting. He took my information which was already in the computer, but updated the info to reflect the passing of my husband, Dennis. He gave me an estimate and told me it would be finished by end of day or tomorrow morning. As it turned out, it was finished by 3:30, $60 under estimate and a rise to the dealership was on the way!
