Parts were replace without asking for my approval. The initial estimate was about a gasket in the intake to stop a leak and turned out to need a new intake and other parts which never were mentioned during the estimate. The estimate was way off from the final price and the parts replaced. I trusted the representative, but I feel like he scammed me. Something I would expect from a hood shop not from a high company like Ford.

I spent over 600 dollars, could have washed my truck!!! The rest of the service was ok, but the next day I'd too early for a survey. One week would be better to see if there are issues.
Well it took 2 days for you to complete as Bill described to me a 15 minute repair. I have my car back now. I have no idea how you can undo my horrid service experience. My husband suggests at the very least return his phone calls. He left multiple messages for Customer service person Jessica. He’s still waiting. She and Bill have his # on their voice mail.

The gentleman who helped me did fine. But, this is the only dealership service department I have been to where I have to park my car outside and go inside to get someone to help me. Then when I went inside 5 of us customers were all waiting to be helped by the same gentleman while the other wasn’t helping any customers. That just made no sense to me and it made it take much longer than it should to get my car checked in and service started.
Plus, your WiFi doesn’t work at all.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my son's truck in for an oil change. I casually mentioned to Adrian that I had to take my Lincoln back to Galpin for a recall issue. He said you can just bring it here. I did just that and he got me in and out in probably less than a half hour. So much easier. He seems to be a very knowledgeable and friendly guy.
We weren’t called before the repairs were done. We’re on our 3rd battery and now a new alternator. We haven’t had the car for 4 years. Disappointed!!
Nothing wrong with the way he treated me. Very nice guy looks like he is very Experienced very respectful. He is someone who I would love to work with again. I’m just upset they didn’t fix my truck. But they are trying to help me and that is what’s important. Sometimes things don’t go right! we are only human. I’m coming back Monday we can try again. But I will always come back to you guys. Bill has been great. Remembers my name and why I’m there. However he told me it would be done in an hour and frankly it should have been but it ended up being 3.5 hours. I would have taken the shuttle home so I could work if I had known that. All they were doing was confirming my check engine light was because of a faulty charge cord and checking a tire that keeps going low. I was there at 8:15. Should not have taken that long.
