I wasn’t notified that my vehicle was ready until I called to question it. The customer co tact and customer service are not there. I do not appreciate the text messages, person to person contact is the best customer service.
Dan was nice and friendly and we talked a little about our cars which I thought was cool.
I was in an emergency situation from out of town. Bill was kind and considerate and took me in and had my car fixed in an expedited manner. I am grateful. Don’t let him get away
