My experience was wonderful. In the past I have been there 2 to 3 hours for a simple Service appt. I dreaded going in. And that was with an appt.
Adrian was terrific! Our Motorhome was ready so quickly, which we did not expect. It was a pleasant surprise when we received the phone call from Adrian telling us it was ready for pick-up.

I'm glad my fuel pump was replaced quickly and I had my truck back faster than ever. My only issue is with inconsistencies in the paperwork I received and what my truck is actually showing. For example, my tire pressure is listed as 35 all around on the paperwork, but its showing that tire pressure is 44 and 37 all around. My paperwork also says my battery checked out ok, but my truck is slow to turn over like the battery is going bad.
If I can't trust your dealership to take care of the little things, how can I trust you to take care of my big issues.
The three items in need of repair were taken care of by Bill.

Service from Dan was excellent, he did his best to satisfy me. When my NEW car was released i had a new scratch on the passenger door on the drivers side.
A small scratch but I can see the white under the paint.
