If Ford chooses to use text service to contact client, Ford employees should respond to clients text, especially if the text sent by Ford states to ask questions by texting giving the impression someone will respond. Respond in a timely manner and don’t just ignore clients text completely.

This less than exemplary performance has become the standard with your service department.
