If Ford chooses to use text service to contact client, Ford employees should respond to clients text, especially if the text sent by Ford states to ask questions by texting giving the impression someone will respond. Respond in a timely manner and don’t just ignore clients text completely.

My wife’s Lincoln was brought in for service two weeks ago today. Three issues were reported when I dropped the car off and one repair was completed. This less than exemplary performance has become the standard with your service department. We’ve been loyal Lincoln customers for over 12 years and two service departments prior to AV Ford and we’ve never felt less satisfied.
