Bill has be my service guy for years
He was very helpful and informative, covering all information extremely well and offering some important safety facts and service we were unaware of. What fantastic service should be, and he excelled. He was very busy, but took time with me and treated me with the utmost consideration and like a person, not a number. Impressive in this day. Thank you to him.
Dan was amazing! He was quick and communicated everything that was going on to be able to provide the A+ service that he did. I had another Ford dealership look at this same issue and was not able to even identify it, let alone fix it and Dan took care of the issue in less than one day. It was by far the best service experience I have ever had. I will be making any and all future appointments with Dan as well as telling people about the great service he provided.
He said it was going to be $132 to find out what's wrong with it. When I got the bill it was $190.

and they were able to get the work done in a couple of hours

Bill is always helpful and kind when I come in for service. However today I wasn’t able to get the shuttle back to work. I waited for my car to be worked on and felt a bit rushed. I asked if I could possibly have my car washed since every time I’ve been there, I haven’t been able to take advantage of it. During service they turned on my back windshield wiper with water now my car which was dirty Looks pretty muddy.
I had hopped to leave my car, take the shuttle back to work and possibly have it washed. Now I have a muddy dirty car from the water that was sprayed on my Back Window and hatch.
No comments happy with work.

Bill is great. My service writer for about 30 years
Customer service starting at mid-level management needs improvement. I left a voice message for the Service Manager earlier in the day hoping to get a call before the weekend...no such luck. The reason for wanting to speak with a manager is because I feel I was taken advantage of because of my lack of mechanical experience. I hope you are truly serious about this survey and respond to my issue.
