Not happy with Dan to many lies from him Johnson service technicians are very good . If the truck fleet manager was not on vacation at the time i came in with my truck at least have communication would given on updates I feel Dan need more people skill train his grade would be F minus

Dan did a great job~~,the guys changing the oil and rotation had greasy hand and finger prints all over hood and fenders( I have pics) and grease on steering wheel and drivers seat~~ unbelievable ~~ Adrian’s crew has never ever,left prints or grease/ oil anywhere,because I check every time~~ Seriously, it’s not that difficult to take a look and wipe this stuff off~~~Ron M

Bill was more than helpful, he informed me of the issue and gave me several options to fix my cars problem. I have zero complaints about Bill. However I showed up at 7:35 am, I had an 8 am appointment, and Bill was not able to see me until almost 10 after 8. This was not due to Bill, he was flooded with over 7 customers and he was the only service provider working, i feel as though if not enough people were scheduled or if someone called in a sick a manager could have stepped up and helped Bill with the large number of people waiting and I wouldn't have waited over half an hour just to talk to someone.
