My vehicle is operating fine as far as I can tell. My issue, however, is that my windshield has a large cracking running through the driverside. When I left the Ford shop the cracks were nor visible. It wasnt until later that night that the cracks had grown large enough to catch my attention. I would like to know when is the soonest I can come in to solve this problem.

The shuttle never came every time we asked it was 45 min there was a lady that they told her in 45min when the 45min where up she will ask again it happened 3 times it’s will come in 45 min she was there longer then me I finally gave her a ride cuz they where finish with mine first I think you guys need to work on customers service when I purchased my vehicle they said if I wanted to get more services thank god I didn’t get it. No friendly car wash when I asked he said cuz of the drought really I thought the water was recyceble
