No response to my text messages asking about the status of the truck. I had to call to find out that the truck was done and just sitting there. 4hrs for an oil change is unacceptable. I should've driven to Galpin Ford, it would've just faster.

First time took entirely too long for the required small repair. Had to go back a second time due to the issue coming back. And parts used to replace were of cheaper quality then original ones on the tires. Will be researching for a new mechanic.

I am a faithful ford vehicle owner and still am . The problem I have had is not with William seidner but with corporate ford and not being able to access my info for me on my vehicle in turn wasting mine and my wife’s time over basically a $50 service. Adrian was very courteous & helpful. Now the service tech left grease on my driver seat which I brought it to his attention. I think you all need to put plastic covers over the seats to keep them clean & keep your customers happy & satisfied.
