#1 when I make a phone call to antelope Valley Ford I seem to be put on hold for an extended period of time or get sent to the general voicemail box even though I am asking for a specific person. #2 my Lincoln MKZ had to be towed to antelope Valley Ford, no issue with that, however no one called me and said that the vehicle had arrived and that they were or we’re not working on the vehicle. I waited over a week and finally called to ask if it had been worked on or was finished, at that time I was told it was ready.

My car has light colored interior, there are grease hand marks where headliner was removed/replaced. I'm afraid to try to clean as may make dirty areas worse. Please advise. Thank you, Gary

Adrian did a good job. He was working by himself for the most part. There were several customers and he handled each one with patience and professionalism!

Failure to call customer the day the car was dropped off. Customer had to call several times to find out the status of the car only to find out Ford planned to keep the car over night without notification or permission. Assuming car isn't needed by the owner for daily life. The following morning customer had to call again to find out part was only ordered and there was no reason it actually had to stay over night. Dealership should also wash ALL cars before giving them back to the owner. My car was dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off.
