Mr. Toma is very professional and did everything he could to get me in and out on my lunch hour. My only issue was getting a late start being at the wrong service area. There are several and a bit confusing.

Dan is always so knowledgeable. His customer service skills are way over what should normally be expected. Dan goes ‘above and beyond’ to be sure that each time you bring your vehicle in you are aware of any news regarding updates, recalls, etc., & he also stays abreast of any ways to save money on parts for your vehicle. He is much appreciated!

I am 65 years old and have never seen a better service representative. If he ever leaves Antelope Valley Ford, I will find someplace else to get my trucks serviced.
