William was excellent. Very nice and professional. However, the person who vacuumed the inside of my car could have done a better job.

I was not satisfied because I was not notified of any of the updates my car was ready or day before they let me pick it up and I had to call them to find out that it was ready
Bill was awesome.. answered all my questions, informative and called me back promptly. The shuttle service was unacceptable. Bernadette was more concerned about her lunch. She called me at 12:47 to inform me she would be at lunch and would be back at 2 pm. My car was ready and I needed to be shuttled back but told her I would wait until she got back from lunch.
She never called me, so I called Bill and he called me back and got in touch with her. She finally called me around 2:35 and told me they were very busy and it may be closer to 4 pm to be picked up. I told her this was not acceptable. Had to call customer service. Ashley was out as well as Brook I believe. Was hooked up with Jesse who finally arranged Jaun to pick me up. Was picked up after 3:30

Horrible Horrible service. I have gone to this Ford Dealership 3 times and all 3 times its just bad service. They don't keep you updated on how your car is doing. They call you last minute. They don't think how you having your car at the mechanic shop affects your daily life. They keep you on hold for about 15-20 minutes and after that they still can't direct you to the right person. They were telling me they are short staffed with a certain type of technician and that is was pushing things back. I understand when someone is let go or is on LOA but for it to start to affect the customer is unacceptable. I will rather go to LA and get my car serviced than to continue to use the AV Ford. They treated me better for 30 minutes than and whole 3 trips at AV Ford did. I dont know if its because I look young that they treated me different or what. But this is just bad and horrible service.
The waiting area was clean and noise free really nice to sit and read while my car was being worked on
Adrian is an outstanding representative. He has been taking care of my Ford F 150 for many years. He always makes sure you are well informed about your service and there are no surprises.
