Although parts had to be ordered and the job is not complete and I’ll have to return for completion, my vehicle was returned back to me in a timely manner and nearly as clean as it was the day I bought it. The last competitor dealership I regularly dealt with (not Ford/Lincoln) always apologized for not having time or forgetting to wash my vehicle for me. I’m not easily impressed, but today I was, thank you!
